How the Vikki Sky Character System Works
You define one character specification once, then reuse it. Each stage below builds on the identity locked in the stage before it, so the same face stays recognizable across images and video frames.
- Stage 01
Base Portrait
The locked identity reference. One face, one set of features, the anchor every later step builds on.
- Stage 02
Character Sheet
Front, side, and angle views generated from the base portrait so the same identity stays recognizable from any direction.
- Stage 03
Expression Sheet
A controlled range of facial expressions on the same identity, neutral, smiling, serious, soft, without drift.
- Stage 04
Emotional Range
Subtle emotional states on the locked face. The character can feel different without becoming a different person.
- Stage 05
Real Image Output
Finished editorial frames generated from the system. Same identity, real scene, ready to use.
- Stage 06
Video Consistency
The same identity carried into motion. Frames stay on-character across a clip instead of morphing between cuts.
Voice identity workflow
Personality, presence, delivery and performance are defined before you generate. The Character System does not generate voices; generation happens in an external platform.

- 05 · Generate In ElevenLabs
Vikki Sky provides the workflows and prompts. Images, video and voice are generated by the external AI tool you choose, so results depend on that tool, its model, settings and the reference material you use.
